A wealth of experience
Pierre has been a litigation practitioner for more than 25 years. During that time he has managed large, complex and highly-mediatised cases from all practice areas, including corporate law, securities and shareholder disputes. He has also been involved in class actions, both in Quebec and nationwide, not only in the area of commercial law, but also in product liability and consumer law matters. He has litigated before all levels of the courts, up to and including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has acted before many administrative tribunals, including the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers and arbitration tribunals.
