Langlois proudly welcomes Mr. Al Brixi, Ms. Rose-Marie Huot-Beaumont and Mr. Mathieu Marchand to the firm.
Al joins the litigation group where his practice will centre on contractual liability, class actions, product liability, consumer law, and extraordinary remedies, including injunctions.

Recognized for her meticulous and dedicated approach, Rose-Marie joins the Business Law group where she will support her clients in business acquisitions and sales, reorganizations, financial restructurings and corporate financing. She will assist her clients with the drafting of commercial agreements of all kinds.

As a member of the Business Law group, Mathieu, who holds a Master of Taxation, will focus his practice on corporate and tax law, representing businesses and individuals in tax planning, international taxation, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and tax litigation.
