First Nations representatives will be able to benefit from the expertise of Kateri Vincent during engagement sessions to be held across Canada on the Family Homes on Reserves and Matrimonial Interests or Rights Act.
This series of engagement sessions will give First Nations members the opportunity to share their experiences and collectively develop solutions for improving the Act, which is one of the statutes to be reviewed pursuant to the Prime Minister of Canada’s Mandate Letter to the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Indigenous and Northern Affairs.
