Garda World announces closing of private offering of US$400 million senior secured notes with Langlois Lawyers as counsel

Langlois Lawyers acted as Canadian counsel to multinational Garda World Security Corporation with the closing of a private offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes. The notes, issued at a rate of 7.75% and maturing in 2028, were distributed by a syndicate of underwriters and joint bookrunners which included, among others, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Securities, TD Securities (USA) LLC, RBC Capital Markets and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc.
