The firm welcomes a new partner

We are pleased to welcome Laurence Gauthier, a partner in the Montréal office. Laurence joins the insurance law group and her practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance law and professional liability. 

Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2005, Laurence has throughout her career been involved in a number of complex cases, including those related to pyrrhotite in Trois-Rivières and the Commission of Inquiry into the Collapse of a Portion of the de la Concorde Overpass. In addition to professional liability, she deals with aspects of litigation concerned with general civil liability, insurance coverage, latent defects and construction law.
