Anna Villani

Anna Villani is a lawyer in the litigation and dispute resolution group at Langlois Lawyers’ Montréal office.
She first joined Langlois Lawyers as a summer student in the summers of 2017 and 2018 and articled with the firm in 2019.
As part of her practice, Anna works on a wide variety of files, particularly with respect to commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, corporate governance and contractual liability issues. She also acts in files involving class actions and construction law.
On top of her Civil Law degree, Anna also received her Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal. Prior to completing her studies in law, she double majored in Political Science and History at McGill University. She has completed exchange programs at both Sciences Po in Paris and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.
She practises law in English and French.
