Jeremy Tseng

Jeremy Tseng is a partner of our business law team. He takes part in major national and international transactions, particularly matters relating to the Asia-Pacific region. He is a skilled negotiator adept at finding creative and practical solutions to complex business and legal problems.

With a career spanning two decades here in Québec and abroad, notably in Asia, and expertise in complex international transactions, Jeremy represents a global clientele consisting mainly of private equity funds and private investors.

With a keen interest in commercial issues involving the Asia-Pacific region, Jeremy is regularly called upon to assist with private mergers and acquisitions and financings, effectively reconciling transpacific legal issues and cultural differences in a business context.

He is also active in Québec’s Asian community and is involved with global organizations such as the Global Federation of Chinese Women, Fo Guan Shan and the Tzu Chi Foundation.
