Bruno Racine is a partner in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers and he is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He is jointly in charge of our tax division.

Bruno has a solid reputation and expertise in analyzing and representing the interests of managers and shareholders of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), both in the context of tax and corporate planning and reorganization and in representation before the authorities, whether provincial or federal.

His practice includes legal advice (analysis and drafting of opinions on various legal and tax issues) as well as representation before administrative bodies (audits and objections) and before the courts (on appeal or otherwise). He specializes in the use of trusts and foundations both in Canada and internationally, corporate reorganizations for the purposes of transfer or sale, and the maximization of tax benefits related to the purchase/sale of businesses.

He has also gained extensive experience in corporate and transactional law, particularly in the coordination of all aspects of commercial transactions, including the purchase/sale of assets or shares.
