François-Alexandre Marois

François-Alexandre Marois is a lawyer in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers. His practice is focused on transactional and commercial law. More specifically, he is involved at each step of mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as in the drafting of corporate and contractual documents. François-Alexandre has also been involved in a wide range of commercial real estate and financing files.
He is a graduate of Université Laval and appeared on the Honour Roll of the Faculty of Law for his excellent academic results. During his studies, François-Alexandre did an internship as a law clerk with a judge at the Court of Appeal of Quebec. This experience has enabled him to enhance his rigour and deepen his legal knowledge. Passionate about business, he will shortly complete an MBA with a specialization in global business.
François-Alexandre has joined the Langlois Lawyers team following his articling in a national firm.
