Emma Leclerc
Lawyer
Emma Leclerc is a lawyer in the litigation group at Langlois Lawyers in Montréal. She practises principally in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, insurance law, and professional liability. She is also involved in access to information cases as well as class action defence.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Montréal. She completed her Québec Bar articles with Langlois Lawyers over the course of 2021. Before joining Langlois Lawyers, Emma worked as a law student in a firm offering civil, labour, and family law services.
During her university career, Emma volunteered with organizations promoting human rights and access to justice, such as Amnesty International Canada (Francophone) and Pro Bono Students Canada.
Emma practises law in English and French.
