Éric Latulippe works primarily as a legal advisor and attorney in administrative, labour, and occupational health and safety law. His clients include large associations in the manufacturing and agricultural sectors, as well as a number of municipalities and school boards.

His practice involves advising clients, drafting various contracts and negotiating agreements, including collective agreements. He frequently appears before various specialized administrative tribunals such as the Administrative Labour Tribunal (ALT) and grievance arbitrators. He also litigates in various civil courts.
