Anne-Marie Hébert practices civil and commercial litigation in the Montreal office of Langlois Lawyers.
She advises and represents clients in litigation files in a variety of areas including manufacturer’s liability, consumer law, banking, class actions, intellectual property, fraud, cybercrime, counterfeiting and piracy. She also has expertise in the use of extraordinary remedies such as injunctions and Anton Piller orders.
Anne-Marie appears on a regular basis on behalf of her clients before administrative tribunals and all levels of the courts. She also participates with her clients in settlement conferences and other alternate dispute resolution forums.
She takes a personalized approach with her clients and prioritizes dispute resolution.
Anne-Marie carries on her practice in both English and French.
