Marie-Laurence Goyette is a lawyer in the litigation group at Langlois Lawyers in Montreal. She has a particular interest in privacy and data protection.

Marie-Laurence’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on all matters relating to class actions, access to information and administrative law, including on behalf of public institutions.

She joined Langlois Lawyers as a student in the summer of 2017 and completed her articling term there in 2020. During her studies, she worked at McGill University’s Paul-André Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law, participated in the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot and completed an internship at the Civil Division of the Court of Quebec. Prior to that, she worked as an intern at a legal information clinic specializing in immigration matters and at a law firm in Milan, Italy.
