Marie Dupuis is a lawyer in the insurance law group in Langlois lawyers’ Montréal office.
She distinguishes herself by her deep knowledge of directors and officers liability. Her skills have allowed her to manage a variety of files related to governance, ethics as well as corporate integrity and to participate in the development of strategic plans.
Marie puts her know-how at the service of public and private entities of all sizes, particularly in the field of insurance law, by drafting, among other things, legal opinions on insurance policies and professional liability, risk management, professional and financial compensation plans, and general line programs underwritten in Canada.
Before joining Langlois lawyers, Marie practiced for four years at an international law firm in the areas of risk management and compliance. Prior to that, she worked for more than three years as a policy advisor in federal government circles.
