Frédérique Duchesne is a lawyer in the litigation group in Langlois Lawyers’ Montréal office. Her practice covers banking law, insolvency and financial restructuring as well as tax litigation.
More specifically, her banking law practice involves advising both financial institutions and public and private companies with respect to the enforcement of security and personal guarantees, the negotiation of standstill agreements and various insolvency-related issues.
She also advises clients on issues involving municipal and environmental regulatory compliance and assists clients throughout the process of access to information requests. Frédérique makes representations before the courts in civil, administrative and criminal matters.
