Lawyer, Partner - Montréal
Sandro Cellucci is a partner in the business law group in Langlois lawyers’ Montréal office. He is recognized for his expertise in energy law, and in mergers and acquisitions.
With more than 20 years of practical experience, notably at a national law firm, Sandro advises a diversified clientele on their commercial operations, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, financing, and a variety of commercial agreements. He also provides advice on private placements, energy project financing, corporate reorganizations and governance.
Having practiced law in-house for the largest energy producer in Canada, where he ultimately served as General Counsel and Vice President – Legal Affairs, Sandro has in-depth knowledge of the energy market, as he was responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts for the supply, production and transport of electricity in Canada and abroad. These strategic positions and the experience he gained in senior management at this corporation gave him unequalled exposure to the key actors in this sector.
Sandro is also a sought-after speaker on energy matters and has given several conference presentations in this regard.
