Bruno-Olivier Bureau is a lawyer in the business law group in Langlois Lawyers’ Montréal office. He joined Langlois in 2018 as a student and subsequently, as an articling student until 2020.
While at the firm, Bruno-Olivier took part in various transactions including business acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganizations. He has gained experience in the drafting of corporate documents and commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements and a variety of other contracts. Bruno-Olivier also provides legal and business advice to young businesses in the start-up and growth phases, including as part of the L-inc. Project.
Prior to his legal career, Bruno-Olivier studied business administration and worked in project management.
He practices law in English and French.
