Béatrice Boucher is a lawyer in the Montréal office of Langlois lawyers and her practice is mainly focused on civil and commercial litigation. Her expertise is oriented towards insurance law, construction law and professional and civil liability.
Béatrice’s practice includes the drafting of proceedings, counselling, legal research and representations before civil tribunals.
During her law degree studies, she volunteered at the Centre d’entraide à l’étude Faculty of Law of University of Sherbrooke and at the Clinique Juridique Juripop de l’Estrie. She also assisted in researching a legal article published in municipal law. Béatrice has also worked in the publication of an issue of the Revue de droit de l’Université de Sherbrooke (RDUS).
