Mathieu Beaudet is a lawyer in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers.

Mathieu is involved in major cases involving reorganizations, acquisitions and sales of private and public companies, tax planning, succession planning and corporate financing. He represents clients before administrative bodies (audit, objection) and the various courts in tax matters. He is called upon to draft a wide variety of agreements and to advise clients in the vast field of business and tax law.

He was recently involved in the largest capital reorganization in Canada, worth $5.2 billion.
