Daniel represents private and public sector clients in commercial disputes, administrative and public law proceedings, judicial reviews, arbitrations, class actions, and insolvency matters at both trial and appellate levels.

He has appeared before all levels of courts and tribunals in Québec, the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. Daniel regularly acts in multi-jurisdictional disputes involving private international law. He represents clients across a wide range of industries, including the financial, transportation, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, real estate, and technological sectors.

Daniel is a regular speaker on a wide variety of topics relating to advocacy and substantive law. He is an active member of The Advocates’ Society 10+ Standing Committee. For five years, he was a course lecturer in oral and written advocacy at Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law. 

Before joining Langlois, Daniel was counsel for the federal Department of Justice.
