Kathleen Baldin is a paralegal in the litigation group in the Montréal office of Langlois lawyers. She works mainly in the fields of civil litigation, insurance law and construction law.
Kathleen assists the lawyers in organizing and managing cases and preparing for trials. She drafts pleadings, carries out legal research, organizes files, summarizes expert opinions and discoveries, and follows up on and verifies the completion of undertakings given at discoveries. She ensures that cases are ready for trial, assists the lawyers in the pre-trial preparation phase, and completes settlements and bills of costs.
