Juliane Simon focuses her practice on business law, particularly transactional and commercial law. She assists with mergers and acquisitions and drafts corporate documents and commercial contracts.
Juliane has a dual degree from the University of Ottawa, where she completed a Licentiate in Law and the National Juris Doctor Program. During her law studies, she was involved in her faculty’s student paper and was a program coordinator with Pro Bono Students Canada.
