Marjolaine Lessard-Jean
LawyerMarjolaine Lessard-Jean focuses her practice on labour and employment law. She leverages her extensive expertise to support a wide variety of clients, ranging from family-owned and operated businesses to major corporations and small and medium-sized businesses from all sectors.
Marjolaine is actively involved in developing strategies, preparing cases and defending them before tribunals and courts. She also acts as an independent investigator in psychological harassment investigations.
She advises and assists clients in all aspects of labour and employment law as well as human resources management, including matters related to the hiring and dismissal of employees, the interpretation of collective agreements, grievance arbitrations, labour relations, labour standards and employment-related litigation.
For many years, Marjolaine has been involved in various cultural organizations. She sits on the board of Danse Carpe Diem / Emmanuel Jouthe, a dance company that produces and presents contemporary choreographic works that shine on local and international stages.
