William Bourgault focuses his practice on civil, commercial and administrative litigation.

He frequently assists with complex litigation cases involving multiple stakeholders. Among other things, he drafts pleadings, analyzes and manages extensive documentation, and researches case law. He also regularly appears before the Court of Québec and the Superior Court.

During his law studies, William stood out for his excellent academic results, which earned him multiple mentions on the University of Ottawa Dean’s Honour List and a magna cum laude final mention. He represented his university at the prestigious Pierre-Basile-Mignault moot court competition.

Before joining his current team, he had the opportunity to work as a student and paralegal at various other firms.

He practises law in French and English.
