Pierre-Luc Desgagné and Émilie Audy publish an article in The Lawyer’s Daily on the 10-year legacy of Quebec’s corporate governance act
Pierre-Luc Desgagné, partner, and Émilie Audy, an associate, both at Langlois lawyers, recently published an article entitled “A ten-year look at Quebec’s corporate governance act” in which they provide an overview of the governance changes that have taken place on boards of directors of state-owned enterprises since the adoption of the Act respecting the Governance of State-owned Enterprises in 2006, as well as an assessment of what remains to be accomplished to achieve greater diversity, particularly on the boards of private-sector corporations.
