For a second consecutive year, Marie-Hélène Jetté recognized as Canada’s Labour and Employment Litigator of the Year by Benchmark Litigation

Langlois is proud to announce that, for a second consecutive year, Marie-Hélène Jetté has been recognized as Canada’s Labour and Employment Litigator of the Year at the annual Benchmark Litigation Canada Awards ceremony held May 5th in Toronto.

Partner and head of the Labour and Employment Law group at Langlois, Marie-Hélène Jetté, CHRP, has been representing and advising employers for over 25 years in the fields of labour and employment law, human rights and freedoms, and administrative law. Her skills are widely recognized in the industry by clients and her peers, particularly in matters related to employment termination, psychological harassment, discrimination, labour standards and occupational health and safety.
