As befits a large firm with a human touch, we encourage our professionals and staff to use their skills and knowledge to bring positive change to the community.
And because today’s children will be tomorrow’s leaders, we concentrate our social improvement efforts on children in need of moral and financial support.
Since 2013 we have accordingly partnered with Marie-Vincent Foundation, a charitable foundation that shares the human values espoused by Langlois lawyers. The Foundation’s mission is to provide support for children and adolescents who have been victims of sexual violence. The Foundation raises money to finance services for such children and support for their families, as well as research, training and prevention programs.
While Danielle Ferron, a partner of our firm, sits on the Marie-Vincent Foundation’s board of directors, Kassandra Church and Katherine Loranger, both lawyers at the firm, are members of the Foundation’s Young Leaders Circle, a group of young Gen-Y professionals who pool their diverse knowledge and resources to raise awareness of the Foundation’s mission.
In addition, many of our other professionals sit on the boards of non-profit organizations, support schools, lend a helping hand to entrepreneurs and mentor students.
