Jean-Benoît Pouliot is a lawyer in the Quebec City office of Langlois lawyers, LLP. He specializes in administrative litigation and public law, particularly public procurement law and environmental law.

Before joining the firm, he was a researcher at the Quebec Court of Appeal and worked as a lawyer in the legal department of the Quebec Ministry of the Environment.

He is co-author of a book on optimum strategies for municipal contracting entitled “Contrats des organismes publics – Manuel sur les meilleures stratégies” (Wolters Kluwer, 2016). He is also the author of a book on the qualitative assessment of bids pursuant to calls for tenders, aimed at public bodies subject to the Act respecting Contracting by Public Bodies, entitled “Contrats des organismes publics – L’évaluation qualitative des offres” (CCH, 2013). He regularly provides professional training sessions in his areas of expertise.
